Shipping

We accept orders within Canada. All of our shipments are made via Canada Post. Rates may vary.

We offer free shipping on orders of $250 + before taxes.

At this time, we are not able to make any international deliveries.

Due to the uniqueness of our materials, most of the orders are handcrafted and custom-based.  Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your orders to be shipped after the date of your purchase.

Return Policy

We will accept your merchandise back within 45 days of your purchase in according to our Repais & Defects Policy.

Please note that fish skins are as resistant as any other leather product and will soften and get dirty naturally with time.

Kindly send us an e-mail to mymimostore@gmail.com with your name, address and a brief description of the reason for the return. We also need the product not to be worn and on its original condition. Please let us know where the item was bought and we will process the return order.

Repairs & Defects

Fish skins are as resistant as any other leather product and will soften and get dirty naturally with time.

Its rougher/unraveled look is part of the design and should not be viewed as damaged. If a smoother texture is preferred, you can try carefully trimming using a small pair of scissors.

We will offer repairs on a case-by-case basis. As a first step, e-mail us a picture of the piece so we can assess the issue. A determination will be made whether it is a manufacturing defect or just the natural wear and tear of the product. Each repair can differ and some fees may be applied, after being discussed and agreed upon before the repair occurs.

In the event that one of our pieces bought via mimostore.ca becomes damaged during shipment we will either repair or replaced it. Due to the uniqueness of our natural resources we can not guaranteed a like-for-like match in any pieces replaced.

Items purchased through other retailers will follow the specific return policy of such retailer.
